Hey guys, I thought I would post my morning & night skincare routine for you! I am actually in the market for some new skincare products so please leave me some of your favorites down below! I would LOVE to hear what you use so I can purchase some new stuff and try it out. I’ve been looking at the Estee Lauder skincare line, but not sure I want to pay that much. But anyways, here’s my routine!
I am SUPER lazy and always running late in the morning, so I don’t use a cleanser or wash my face or anything. I just use Witch Hazel toner (it smells terrible) on a cotton pad to cleanse my face of any oils that have surfaced from throughout the night and to just freshen it up. I also sometimes use my First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance Pads to clean my skin extra well. I then use my First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream and Mary Kay Firming Eye Cream. I will sometimes use my MAC Strobe Cream as an extra moisturizer if I’m really feeling dry. I let that stuff sink into my skin for about 10 minutes and then proceed with my makeup. That’s basically it for my morning routine, it’s super simple because I’m too lazy to do anything else lol. 😛

At night I use Equate Makeup Remover Wipes (comparable to Neutrogena, but there’s more wipes and less money involved). I use this to clean the first layer of makeup off my face and also to remove my eye makeup. If I’m wearing a dark, smoky eye then I will use my Neutrogena Eye Makeup Remover to clean my eyes first and then go in with wipes. Then I use either my Witch Hazel toner or Michael Todd True Organics Cranberry Antiox hydrating anti-aging toner to clean the rest of my makeup off. I then go in with my Michael Todd Citrus Cream Moisturizer, Michael Todd Hydration Boost 2-in-1 Wrinkle Reducer Serum+Moisturizer, my Mary Kay Firming Eye Cream, and lastly my sample size of Tarte Maracuja Oil. I definitely take my nighttime routine more seriously.
Extra Skincare (not often) Regimen:
A few times a week I will cleanse my face with the First Aid Beauty Face Cleanser and my Clarisonic Mia2. I also will use a face mask every once in a while. I either use my Queen Helene Mint Julep Mask or some I have from Michael Todd. I use the St. Ives Naturally Clear Green Tea Scrub for exfoliation a couple of times a week as well. It works to make my skin smooth, but it isn’t so rough that it irritates it.
I’m not someone who obsesses over skincare and I don’t do this all every day/night, but my skin does look pretty good and I could easily go out without makeup (besides covering my dark circles) if I had to. I’m not sure if my clear skin is due to all of these products or not, but they definitely don’t hurt it any. I cannot follow a routine of doing 500 things to my face in the morning or night. Like I said before, if you know of any affordable skincare lines that you have had good luck with then let me know please, I would love to try your recommendations! Also, I am on the hunt for a great eye cream. I’ve not found anything that I truly love in that department and would love to find one that’s really good, so give me suggestions on that too please! 🙂 Even though I’m only 23 I would like to start putting some anti-aging products into the mix with my skincare as a preventive measure. So just tell me your favorite products to use and maybe I’ll get the chance to try them out! Thanks for reading! Let me know your skincare routine down below if you want! 🙂
